1. Kids Martial artsWarmp-ups, flexibility, speed, coordination, discipline, paying attention, respect, attitude, confidence, self-defence techniques, sparring stand-up and ground fighting techniques thru the tradition of Filipino martial arts. Kids go thru progression from white to blue belt.
Schedule: 2x a week for 1 hr
Location: DLGA
Schedule: Thursday 4pm-5pm and Sat. 11am-12:30pm
Fee: $100 per month 2x a week
2. Yoga
Traditional Astaunga Yogic postures standing, sitting and laying down positions. The Inocalla system evolves to heartYoga. It encourages the student to listen, communicate and find harmony within themselves and utilize this “feel” to release tension and attain “union” of body,mind and spirit. This is done thru, breath, quite mind, “birdie” joy feeling, movement, flow, relaxation, “prana“-vital force and positive attitude and energy thru-out the session. The session finished with light meditation and smiling heart.
Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri 6:30-7:30pm and Mon and Wed 5:00pm-6:00pm at DLGA

3. Tai-chi KungChinese system of internal energy training. Student learns to produce, enhance and function using “chi”- inner force. With relax mind, physical body and happy heart. Chi-vital force releases positive energy. This is directed to exercises both for the internal and external work-out. The student learns to relax, breath, flow, feel. This is done thru series of movements without the use of pressure and tension. Water exercises, seaweed techniques, 3 gunas energy forces are discuss and practice.
Feel, flow energy training are done with partners in stillness and with movements.

4. Sinawali Kick box and grabInocalla system of mix martial arts cardio, strenght conditioning and flow drills. Series of footwork, evasion techniques, punches, kicks, speed and impact drills. Feel and sensitivity techniques of grabbing and releasing. A total work-out standing and floor exercises. The student learns to move using every part of the muscles in the body. The class wind down with core and strenght training.
For weight loss, cardio work-out, awareness, flexibility, rhytem, controll and fun.

Fee: $20 per session for group class and $150 for private session 1 ½ hr
5. MeditationQuite mind and smiling heart meditation. The student learns to withdraw from senses, feel and visualization techniques, learns to focus-concentrate, learn to be still and be in the “moment”. Learns to “let go” and “accept”.
In the smiling meditation the student learns to differentiate brain and inner heart. Practice and learn to forgive and be gratefull. One lears to connect to the “source”. Different techniques of sound, breath, positive energy, mind exercise and enlightening experiences are shared to encourage and grow internally to the ways of the spirit journey.

6. Arnis Martial ArtsTraditional Filipino Stick and mix martial arts system. Derived from Modern Arnis by Grandmaster Remy Presas utilizing the movements and flow of rattan arnis sticks. Datu Shishir Inocalla transform this fighting art into fitness, sports and self-defence combat. Class starts empty hand using passing, countering and striking. Footwork and leg techniques are combined with the “dumog” inside fight drills, locks, submissions and trapps. Sticks drills are ingrained to the movements and strikes and counters are played together with techniques, controll and flow.

7. Gyrotonic@Uses the body to go beyond it’s limitations. Gyrotonic exercises increase the functional capacity of the entire organism in harmonius way. More info http://www.gyrotonic.com/

8. Chi GolfLearn to swing the golf club with less effort and greater impact. This is done thru the connection of body, mind and spirit and scientifically golf techniques by DLGA instructors. The students learn focusing, relaxation, breathing, stretching, and impact drills. Chi-golf takes the students to another level “Swing with Ease”.

9. Chi Golf PackageWellness Chi-Golf Camp designed to improve your game. Programs for daily, weekly, monthly intensive training. This program includes accomodation, wellness training, golf lesson and play. Train and play with the Pros.
